I placed an order through Castle Kebab tonight. The food was very late, and we seem to have got the wrong order. We have been sent 2 chicken burgers and chips and a pot of beans. There were no wedges, nuggets or the veggie burger. The pizzas were correct, but very cold.  I have been trying to contact them, but keeps saying the line is busy for over an hour. Its too late now to get this order corrected so can I please have a refund. My wife and children were very upset, especially when you order a veggie burger and get chicken x 2.
